Solenoid valve is a fast opening and fast closing safety valve, which is a normally closed solenoid valve. When the power is off, the spring acts on the valve core to prevent the gas from passing through. The valve opens when the coil is powered. When the current is cut off, the valve closes quickly. This device is suitable for sealing and regulating air and gas in atmospheric pressure or blast combustion chamber, industrial furnace and all equipment using gas solenoid valve.

1.Installation
Note: all operations must be carried out when the power supply is cut off. Check whether the corresponding air flow direction is consistent with the arrow direction marked on the valve. Check whether the connecting pipes are arranged correctly. Pay attention to a certain space away from the wall during installation to ensure air circulation. Avoid over tightening and use proper tools for installation. We recommend installing a filter upstream of each unit. The installation direction of valve axis can be vertical or horizontal. The valve can rotate 360 degrees at will. The gas safety valve must be installed in a place that is moistureproof, and rain proof.
2.Eletronical connection
Remove the protective cover, connect the power supply and rectifier with wires, and press the printed mark. Use cable sealing device properly. If the wire used is on the side without holes, use the rubber capsule under the cover to close other openings. Perform leak and function tests after
3.Process adjustment
The flow in the pipe can be adjusted from 0m³ / h to the maxi-mum value marked on the controller. Remove the coil fastening cover and turn the screw under the locking bolt to adjust. The flow adjustment must be carried out when the burner is working, and the screws shall be tightened after the adjustment. The regulating capacity shall not be less than 40% of the flow, as this may cause countercurrent.
4.Maintenance
Dust and other foreign matters can be easily removed from the filter or gas channel. First, turn off the gas and power supply flowing up, turn on the fixing screw and take out the coil for cleaning. Take care not to damage the coil and the tape used to slide during this operation.
