Technical performance and structural characteristics:
Infrared photoelectric eye FC7 FC8 detects infrared rays and is used to detect yellow flames, that is, to detect infrared rays in flames, and can be used for fuel flame safety detection. Used with brahma program controller for intermittent operation. Its detection spectrum is close to the QB series photocell, that is, it can be used interchangeably under the corresponding circumstances.
With the program controller such as GF2, GF3, G22 and other products, this product has been widely used in South Korea’s SOOOKOOK, water country burners.
Distinguish the intensity of photosensitivity according to the color of the photocell shell, in the following order, gradually increasing.

Precautions
Installation, assembly and service are all performed by professionals
□ Before making any wiring changes in the detector’s connection area, fully isolate the equipment from the mains (all two stages disconnected).
□ Provide appropriate protection to connection terminals to ensure that they are not subject to electric shock.
□ Check to make sure the wiring is properly connected.
□ Halogen lamps, welding equipment, special lamps or ignition sparks may generate enough radiation to cause the detector’s UV unit to ignite. X-rays and gamma rays can also cause false flame signals.
□ A fall or impact can affect the safety function. Such detector units are inoperable, even if they appear to be damaged at all.
