application
Gas pressure switch is used to detect the pressure of city gas, natural gas, LPG or air. When the air pressure changes, the diaphragm of the pressure part detects it and operates the switch to the ON / OFF control of the external circuit. These switches are widely used to detect the upper or lower pressure of the gas or air supplied to the gas burner, or to detect the blockage of the interlock filter of the burner blower.

4.On a vertical or horizontal plane, set the dial up. Make sure that dirt or moisture does not enter the ventilation state (g in Figure 1)
Circuit connection
1. Use leads that can withstand the ambient temperature of 105 ° C.
2. The electrical on / off operator is equipped with a junction box for electrical connection.
Wiring shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions provided by the equipment manufacturer. Refer to figures 2. And 3. Connection diagram.
Woking principles
When the pressure rises, the terminals between COM and NO close. When the pressure drops, the terminal between COM and NC is closed.
Tightness test after installation1
1.Spray high quality leak detection spray at all pipe connections.
2. Start the application and check for bubbles. If a leak is detected in the pipe connection, make the joint again.
Precise pressure set point adjustment
(Tolerance less than 3% of total)
1. Remove the screws from the test connector inlet.
2. Connect the pressure measuring pipe to the joint (Fig. 1F).
3. Remove the cover of the pressure switch.
4. Slowly release the pressure of the main gas supply line until the required value is reached.
5. Slowly turn the dial until contacts 1-3 open and contacts 2-3 close.
6. Close the cover.
7. Disconnect the pressure measuring equipment and replace the screws.
