3.Use Before checking whether the power supply of the instrument is correct, there is a mark in the wiring diagram of the product shell. Before use, please confirm whether the meter needs to be input with position anti-greed, which is indicated by the 9th digit in the product code.

4.If you choose a valve with no valve position anti-greedy, please input the valve travel time before use, see 6 3 Parameter rUCY time unit is “second”, that is, the time required for the valve to go from fully closed to fully open. If you choose a valve with valve position feedback, please confirm the feedback signal when ordering, such as: potentiometer position feedback or standard analog DC4-20mA, 0-5VDC, O-10VDC and other position feedback. Before using the instrument whose potentiometer position is reversed, please perform automatic valve position calibration. For the automatic calibration method, please refer to “9 three-wire proportional motor valve position automatic calibration”

 
1.The instrument input signal thermocouple and thermal resistance can be set freely. Before use, please select the instrument input signal to make it consistent with the sensor. For details, please refer to the description of parameter INP1 in “6 3″ in this manual. If analog input is required, order specification is required.
2.The instrument supports manual automatic switching function, please refer to “7-hand automatic switching control” for details.
3.The factory control mode of the instrument is inverse proportional I heating type), and the user can also choose the proportional control.
4.PID control: The instrument is generally controlled by PID when it leaves the factory, with self-tuning function.
5.In the case of *9PID control, it is recommended that the user use the self-tuning method to improve the control effect, see the description of “8 Self-tuning” for details.
