DUNGS MBC series solenoid valves integrate screen, valve, regulator and pressure monitor in one compact unit. This modular structure is available in various sizes, including MBC and MBC..SE. Its features are as follows: – Dust collection device: fine filter.
- Has one regulator and two solenoid valves.
- Two quick-opening solenoid valves. MBC.. has slow or fast opening regulators depending on the model.
- Solenoid valve according to DIN EN161 standard class A, category 2 equipment. MBC-65, the maximum working pressure is below 65mbar; MBC-120, below 360mbar.
- The output pressure can be finely regulated by means of a servo pressure regulator according to DIN EN88, class C, category 2 equipment.
- MBC.. delays the opening action by means of a damped pressure rise.
- A large flow rate can be achieved even with a small pressure difference.
- DC electromagnetic drive.
- There is a main flow throttle at the rear of the regulator.
- Flange with pipe thread according to ISO 7/1

The modular structure of MBC.. enables individual solutions in terms of gas safety and regulation technology.
The modular structure of MBC..SE enables individual solutions with valve inspection systems, min/max pressure monitors, pressure limiters. Even with a small pressure difference, a large flow rate can be achieved. Servo regulators are suitable for blast burners and premix burners with mechanical or electronic air-fuel ratio adjustment and achieve ideal mixing. It can be applied to continuous adjustment mode and multi-stage working mode.
Suitable for Class 1, 2, 3 and other neutral gaseous media.
