LOA series fuel burner controller：

Technical performance and structural characteristics:

The mechanical combustion controller monitors, starts, and controls the oil burners (less than 30Kg/h) operating intermittently with single-stage or double-stage forced ventilation.

The yellow flame uses a QRB… flame detector.

The blue flame uses a QRC… flame detector. .

Installation Precautions:

1. The controller unit and other cables must be installed separately from the high voltage ignition cable.

2. Do not confuse phase and neutral

3. Installation of switches, fuses, grounding, etc. must comply with local regulations

4. It must be confirmed that the maximum current allowed by the terminal does not exceed

5. Do not supply external mains voltage to the control output of the combustion controller

6. Use an all-polar switch to isolate the combustion controller from the mains power supply, leaving at least a 3mm contact gap

7. Protect the ground bushing under the chassis with a metric screw and loose washer

8. When no fan is used, an AGK25 must be connected to terminal 3 of the controller, otherwise the burner cannot start reliably

9. For safety, connect the neutral conductor to the neutral distributor or terminal 2 on the bottom of the insert block. Combustion components (fans, ignition transformers and gas valves) are listed in Figure 7435a14 and must be connected to the neutral conductor as shown below

10. The connection between neutral conductor and terminal 2 is pre-wired at the bottom of the control unit.
