LMG series gas burner controller：
Technical performance and structural characteristics:
Small (less than 350KW) burners for intermittent operation of single-stage or two-stage gas or gas/oil based on microprocessor control. With remote reset, low voltage monitoring, air pressure detection, fault code indication and other control functions.
●Series controller, integrated gas burning control function, suitable for automatic control of intermittent burning.
●For monitoring and control of one- or two-stage gas or oil/gas burners during start-up and intermittent operation. Depending on the type of control selected, the flame monitoring is via an ion bar, a blue flame detector QRC1. for forced draft oil/gas burners or a UV flame detector (with auxiliary equipment AGQ2 …A27).
●Low voltage monitoring. Air pressure detection.
●Compliant with EN 676 automatic forced draft burner.
●Gas burner controller according to EN 298.
●Gas burner controller according to EN 298.
●LGB series controller, if need to use ultraviolet photocell to detect flame, it needs to be equipped with auxiliary components:
AGQ1.1A27 (cable length 500mm)
AGQ1.2A27 (cable length 300mm)
Installation Precautions:
1. The controller unit and other cables must be installed separately from the high voltage ignition cable.
2. Do not confuse live and neutral.
3. Installation of switches, fuses, grounding, etc. must follow local regulations.
4. It must be confirmed that the maximum current allowed by the terminal is not exceeded. .
5. Do not connect the main power supply to the output terminal of the combustion controller.
6. Isolate the burner controller from the mains power supply with an all-polar switch, leaving at least a 3mm contact gap.
7. Protect the ground bushing under the chassis with a metric screw and loose washer.
8. An AGK25 must be connected to terminal 3 of the controller without the use of a fan, otherwise the burner will not start reliably.
9. For safety, connect the neutral conductor to the neutral distributor or terminal 2 on the bottom of the insert block. Combustion components (fans, ignition transformers, and gas valves) are listed in Figure 7435a14 and must be connected to the neutral conductor as shown below.
10. The connection between the neutral conductor and terminal 2 is pre-wired at the bottom of the control unit.
