The new LMV5…Large burner (>2MW) management system adopts the concept of advanced “electronic” air/fuel ratio control, and controls the fuel execution and throttle actuator separately through the Can bus to achieve the desired combustion air/fuel ratio. The ideal combustion efficiency is achieved with a relatively minimum amount of excess air. The system can control four actuators simultaneously, or can be expanded to six as needed for high-end combustion control needs.

Installation Precautions:

1. Safe start-up and flame detection of the burner.

2. Safe and reliable gas valve leak detection.

3. Control the air/fuel ratio set to keep the same.

4. The temperature or pressure of the boiler is controlled according to the preset PID algorithm (optional).

It can also be controlled by an external control device.

Installation Precautions:

1. The controller unit and other cables must be installed separately from the high voltage ignition cable. Do not confuse phase and neutral. Install switches, fuses, grounding, etc., in accordance with local regulations.

2. It must be confirmed that the maximum current allowed by the terminal is not exceeded. Do not connect mains power to the output terminals of the combustion controller.

3. Isolate the burner controller from the mains power supply with an all-polar switch, leaving at least a 3mm contact gap.

4. Protect the ground bushing under the chassis with a metric screw and loose washer.

5. An AGK25 must be connected to terminal 3 of the controller without the use of a fan, otherwise the burner cannot start reliably.

6. For safety, connect the neutral wire to the neutral distributor or terminal 2 on the bottom of the insert block. Combustion components (fans, ignition transformers, and gas valves) are listed in Figure 7435a14 and must be connected to the neutral conductor as shown below.

7. The connection between the neutral conductor and terminal 2 is pre-wired at the bottom of the control unit.
