LME series gas burner controller：
Technical performance and structural characteristics:
LME…for monitoring and control of single-stage or double-stage gas burners during start-up and intermittent operation. Flame monitoring via ion rod or flame detector QRA and auxiliary equipment AGQ3 or using blue flame detector QRC.
LME, LGB, LMG, the external dimensions and installation specifications are exactly the same, according to the operating time and mode, each has a corresponding model for general use.
The controller is based on microprocessor design, with communication function, and is used for the control of small and medium gas burners in single or double stage, with intermittent operation.
1. The combustion controller complies with the EN298 standard.
2. The strong exhaust burner complies with the EN676 standard.
3. Undervoltage detection.
4. Use the air pressure switch to monitor the air pressure during startup and operation.
5. Convenient remote reset.
6. Multiple colors display information of error status and operation status.

Installation Precautions:
1. The controller unit and other cables must be installed separately from the high voltage ignition cable.
2. Do not confuse live and neutral.
3. Installation of switches, fuses, grounding, etc. must follow local regulations.
4. It must be confirmed that the maximum current allowed by the terminal is not exceeded. .
5. Do not connect the main power supply to the output terminal of the combustion controller. .
6. Isolate the burner controller from the mains power supply with an all-polar switch, leaving at least a 3mm contact gap.
7. Protect the ground bushing under the chassis with a metric screw and loose washer. .
8. An AGK25 must be connected to terminal 3 of the controller without the use of a fan, otherwise the burner will not start reliably. 9. For safety, connect the neutral conductor to the neutral distributor or terminal 2 on the bottom of the insert block. Combustion components (fans, ignition transformers, and gas valves) are listed in Figure 7435a14 and must be connected to the neutral conductor as shown below. .
10. The connection between the neutral conductor and terminal 2 is pre-wired at the bottom of the control unit.
