LFL series gas burner controller:

Technical performance and structural characteristics:

Control and monitor intermittently operating multi-stage or continuously proportional medium to large gas, oil or dual fuel forced draft burners.

Controls have an expanding flame and an interruptible ignition burner.

With damper position detection.

LFL1.638 is suitable for large capacity natural draft burners.

LFL1.148——Large and medium capacity single-stage or double-stage atmospheric intermittent operation combustion controller.

Use features:

LFL1…Burner control unit Designed for forced draught burner control and monitoring Can be used for direct ignition or medium to high power burners with ignition burners Oil gas universal and can be used for stationary preheating air burners WLE according to DIN 4794 standard 01 The difference between the series and the 02 series is that the safety time of the ignition burner with ignition gas valve is different. The high-power atmospheric combustion controller chooses LFL1.638. If the burner needs continuous operation control, please refer to LGK 16…Technical data

Installation Precautions:

Installation Notes: 1. The controller unit and other cables must be installed separately from the high-voltage ignition cable.

2. Do not confuse phase and neutral.

3. Installation of switches, fuses, grounding, etc. must follow local regulations.

4. It must be confirmed that the maximum current allowed by the terminal is not exceeded.

5. Do not connect the main power supply to the output terminal of the combustion controller.

6. Isolate the burner controller from the mains power supply with an all-polar switch, leaving at least a 3mm contact gap.

7. Protect the ground bushing under the chassis with a metric screw and loose washer.

8. An AGK25 must be connected to terminal 3 of the controller without the use of a fan, otherwise the burner will not start reliably.

9. For safety, connect the neutral conductor to the neutral distributor or terminal 2 on the bottom of the insert block. Combustion components (fans, ignition transformers, and gas valves) are listed in Figure 7435a14 and must be connected to the neutral conductor as shown below.

10. The connection between the neutral conductor and terminal 2 is pre-wired at the bottom of the control unit.

Features:

1. The unit allows the burner with or without post-purge.

2. The fan motor current is less than 4A and the maximum starting current is 20A, which can be directly connected.

3. Separate control output damper actuator switch and min.

4. Monitor damper control to ensure rated air volume during pre-purge Check start position closed or minimum low load position, open at the beginning and minimum position after pre-purge time is over when the actuator does not actuate the damper to reach the predetermined position burner start-up procedure will be aborted.

5. The wind pressure monitoring function test from the air pressure monitoring before starting and the blowing until the control shutdown stage.

6. The separate ignition fuel valve control output is cut off after the second safety time.

7.2 Fuel release control outputs have a 3rd stage control output or load control if necessary.

8. Simple measures can be taken to increase the safety time from 2.5 seconds to 5 seconds when the Series 1 programmable controller is directly fired. See Engineering Notes to provide longer safety times to accommodate local safety regulations.

9. When the load control is activated, the control output of the damper actuator is independent of other control part circuits.

10. Connect remote reset device for remote reset and remote emergency shutdown
