●EM05 series instrument: 4-dig
it large LED digital display, with output percentage light bar indication, measurement accuracy of 0.3% thermocouple, maximum resolution of 0.1 degree when thermal resistance input, maximum resolution of 0.001 when analog input such as o-10VDC.
●Before use, please confirm whether the power supply and output type of the instrument are correct. There are signs in the wiring diagram of the product shell. The 4th and 5th digit of the product code CODE indicates the output type, such as relay, voltage pulse connected to solid state relay or 4-20mA output
, etc. . For details, please refer to “F product model and function code”.
●The thermocouple and thermal resistance of the instrument input signal can be set freely. Before use, please select the instrument input signal to make it consistent with the sensor. For details, please refer to the description of parameter INP1 in “6 3″ of this manual. If analog input is required, order specification is required.
●In general, the OUT of the instrument is the reaction control I heating type l, and the user can also choose the OUT to be the direct action control (cooling type).
●PID control: The instrument is generally controlled by PID when it leaves the factory, with self-tuning function.
●Position control: Set the proportional band P to oo to switch to position control. For details, please refer to “6.1″ parameter P in this manual. The bit hysteresis is HYS. When heating: PV is greater than SVI, output OUT stops, Pv is less than SV-HYS output OUT moves. During cooling: if PV is greater than SV+HYS, the output will move, and if PV is less than sv, the output will stop

Time proportional control: If P≠o, I=O, and d=0, it can be converted to pure time proportional control, and the proportionality is set to rSt , the control period is CYt. When heating: the larger the value of rSt, the larger the output. When cooling: the larger the value of rSt, the smaller the output.
●*. During PID control, it is recommended that the user use the self-tuning method to improve the control effect, see “7 Self-tuning” for details.
●In the case of analog output, in order to make the output more stable in some special control occasions, the output buffer function can be turned on. For details, please refer to the description of “bUFF” in “6 1 Menu 1″.
