The RS/1 series burners have outputs ranging from 163 to 465 KW and are designed for use in hot or superheated boilers, hot air generators or steam boilers, and heat transfer oil boilers. The adjustment method is “one stage fire”. The fan with forward-leaning blades and the installation of sound insulation material at the air inlet of the fan ensure the reduction of noise emission.
The improvement of the performance of the combustion head of the fan increases the scope of application of the burner and ensures the combustion efficiency of each operating point.
Some advanced designs of this type of burner make the burner smaller in size and convenient for use and maintenance. Additional options ensure the burner’s working flexibility.
With outputs ranging from 70 to 2290 kW, the RS series burners are designed for use in hot or superheated boilers, hot air generators or steam boilers and heat transfer oil furnaces.
The adjustment method is “smooth transition of two stages of fire”. The burner is equipped with a microelectronic control box, which can provide the burner operating status and fault cause diagnosis.
The improvement of the performance of the fan and the combustion head increases the scope of application of the burner and ensures the combustion efficiency at each operating point.
The advanced design of this type of burner makes it smaller in size, convenient for use and maintenance, and more optional accessories can ensure that the function of the burner can be upgraded at any time. The figure below shows the minimum pressure loss of the gas manifold that can match the burner; add the back pressure of the combustion chamber to obtain the total burner gas pressure loss.
