Gate valve product overview:

The factory introduces the elastic seat sealing gate valve produced by the European high-tech valve manufacturing technology, and uses the compensation effect of elastic deformation produced by the overall rubber coating of the plate to achieve a good sealing effect. It overcomes the phenomenon of poor sealing, water leakage and raw engraving of general gate valves. It can be widely used in tap water, sewage, construction, petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, textile, electric power, shipbuilding, metallurgy, energy system and other fluid pipelines as regulators and shut-off devices.

Gate valve product features:

Lightweight:
The valve is made of resin sand molding ductile iron material, with high strength and low load, and its weight is about 20%~30% lighter than that of traditional gate valves. Easy installation and maintenance.

Flat Bottom Seat:
Traditional gates are usually concave male seats. It increases the fluid resistance, and it is easy to accumulate welding, stones, sediment and other debris, which is not conducive to sealing and circulation. The elastic seated gate valve produced by our company adopts a flat-bottomed full-basin straight-through design, which is equivalent to a straight pipeline, and is not easy to accumulate debris, ensuring reliable sealing and unobstructed flow.

Valve defense overall lagging:
The valve carving adopts high-quality rubber for the overall inner and outer rubber. The first-class rubber vulcanization technology in Europe enables the vulcanized valve to ensure accurate geometric dimensions, and the rubber and ductile iron valve male are firmly connected, not easy to fall off and have good elastic memory.

Precision casting valve body:

The valve body is made of precision casting, and the precise geometric dimensions make it possible to ensure the tightness of the valve without any processing inside the valve body. The frame of the plate is made of ring graphite cast iron and covered with rubber as a whole, with precise geometric dimensions, reliable covering and no falling off. Good elastic memory, interchangeable.

preservative:

The inner and outer surfaces of the valve are painted with powder epoxy resin, and the inner parts are made of stainless steel or steel alloy to prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body, and can be used in harsh environments such as sewage systems and underground.

Not easy to break:

In the past, the traditional cast iron inter-valve was often broken due to foreign objects hitting, colliding or heavy pressure. Due to the use of ductile iron for the body, this situation can be greatly reduced.

“O” ring seal:

Because the valve body adopts three-way “O”-ring sealing design, it can reduce the frictional resistance when switching, greatly reduce the phenomenon of water leakage, and can replace the sealing ring without stopping the construction.
