BNL14 Small Model Diesel Burner Light Oil Burner
Light oil burner, also known as diesel burner, methanol burner, light oil burner, is a fuel burner with good fluidity. Light oil is an oily product after petroleum refining. It consists of a mixture of different hydrocarbons. Its main components are alkanes, naphthenes or aromatic hydrocarbons containing 5 to 11 carbon atoms. Naphtha can be used to refine gas. It is mainly composed of oil atomizer and air regulator. The light oil burner is driven by the oil pump and the motor, and the light oil (diesel) is inhaled and the fuel with a working pressure of 10-12KG is sent to the fuel injector for atomization and primary air mixing, and then ignited by a high-voltage spark to generate a flame. .Through the action of the flame disc (smoke stabilization disc), it is mixed with the secondary air again to form a rotating and stable combustion flame.

• Long burner heads, and biodiesel operation available upon request.
• Combustion air inlet with flow regulation; automatic closing damper.
• Sliding flanges paired with various boiler flanges allow adjustment of where the burner protrudes into the boiler.
• Gear pump with pressure regulator and shut-off valve.
• Photoresistor detects flame.
• Provides a seven-hole connection outlet for the burner electrical and thermostat.
• Standard configuration of electrical protection grade IP40, if required, the electrical protection grade can be improved.
