LPG Gasification Skid working principle:

The liquefied gas passes through the stainless steel heat exchanger immersed in warm water, absorbs the heat of the warm water, vaporizes and overheats, and then passes through the gas-liquid separator to remove heavy components and then enters the pipeline network.

LPG Gasification Skid

The heat energy of the warm water is provided by the stainless steel electric heater, and the meter on the electric control panel automatically controls the water temperature to be within the working range set by the user (usually 60±2.5℃) through the cycle start and stop of the electric heater. When the water temperature is lower than the lower limit set by the user (usually 55°C), the solenoid valve installed on the liquefied gas inlet pipeline is automatically closed to prevent low-temperature vaporization. When the water level is lower than the lower limit set by the user, the electric heater will stop heating regardless of the water temperature to prevent dry burning. The set pressure of the safety valve on the vaporizer is 1.76Mpa, and the vaporizer is equipped with on-site display instruments for water level, water temperature and liquefied gas inlet and outlet pressure.
