Quick opening blind plate for pressure vessel Gas pretreatment equipment
Overview:Quick-opening blind plates for pressure vessels are widely used as pressure components in pressure vessels, pressure pipelines and devices to achieve rapid opening of pressure vessels and facilitate the maintenance of equipment and the replacement and maintenance of internal parts.
design standards:
“Pressure Vessel” GB150-2011 or “Steel Pressure Vessel – Analysis and Design Standard” JB4732-1995
Main material:Carbon steel, low alloy steel forgings
Sealing material: Viton
Design pressure: <10MPa
Design temperature: -40℃~80℃
Nominal diameter: DN150-DN1200
Structural form: vertical, horizontal
test
NDT
Detection method: UT detection ratio 99.999%
MT detection ratio 99.999%
Features: good sealing performance
Flexible account opening
Overall structure, safe and reliable
Compact structure, small size, easy installation
With safety interlock
use:
According to different structural forms, it is divided into vertical type and horizontal type, which can replace manholes of pressure vessels, quick doors for sending and receiving ball devices, filters (separators), vulcanization tanks, etc.
Structural form: V type – vertical installation of equipment
Installation and connection method:
According to the installation form of the equipment: horizontal installation and vertical installation. When installed horizontally, the non-vertical flatness of the main axis of rotation of the blind cover is less than 5/1000; when installed vertically, the non-vertical degree of the center line of the blind cover is less than 3/1000.
