Low pressure regulator BN CS400 Series stable performance, large film pressure regulation and high regulation accuracy
application
The cs400 series direct operated spring loaded regulators have been designed for a wide range of pressure reducing applications, including commercial and industrial installations. It can be used for natural gas, artificial gas, liquefied petroleum gas, air and other gases. Because of its stable performance, large film pressure regulation and high regulation accuracy.

The outlet pressure of wfcs400 pressure regulating valve is 7-15kpa by default. If you need other outlet pressure, please contact the relevant salesperson! Other size—(3kpa-7kpa ) OR (15kpa-30kpa)
Install
CS400 series regulators can be installed in any position. However, the spring case vent should face down. If the exhaust gas is to be piped to another location, use a non blocking pipe at least the same size as the vent, and the end of the vent must be protected from any objects that may block it. Before installation, the pipeline shall be purged to clean the return impurities in the pipeline, so as to avoid impurities entering into the valve chamber, which will cause the regulator to fail to work normally. During installation, the air flow direction should be consistent with the arrow direction indicated on the valve seat.
setting
After installation, screw off the plastic cover on the valve body, and thenuse a screw driver to adjust the pressure spring cover inside. Turn clockwise, the outlet pressure increases, and turn counterclockwise, the outlet pressure decreases.
Maintenance
Regularly check whether the pipeline is blocked and whether the pressure gauge in front of the pressure reducing valve works normally. Remove dirt regularly. If there is a problem with the regulating valve, please contact the manufacturer for feedback and support, and carry out maintenance and test if necessary. It is recommended that safety valves be used upstream or downstream of these control valves.
