Filter separator gas filter gas pretreatment equipment
Overview:
As a kind of high-efficiency filtration and separation equipment for gas, solid and liquid, the filter separator is used for natural gas, coalbed methane, etc., to remove solid particles and droplets such as dust and rust in natural gas, and reduce the impact of gas containing impurities on the compressor during transmission. To prevent damage to instruments and meters such as flowmeters and burners, high-performance filters play a vital role in protecting precision equipment in natural gas processing and delivery systems.
working principle:
The gas containing solid particles and droplets enters the filter separator and passes through the first stage of filter element filtration to filter the solid particles and agglomerate the droplets. Due to the structural characteristics of the filter element, the solid particles are retained outside the filter element or contained by the filter element. The liquid particles are coalesced into large droplets and enter the liquid storage tank. The gas that has been filtered for the first time flows to the separation chamber, and the mist-like liquid of the gas is captured by the mist catcher and continuously condenses on the inner surface to form larger droplets. Release the gas by gravity.
