Cyclone separator gas pretreatment equipment gas filter
Overview:
As an efficient gas and solid separation equipment, cyclone separator is widely used in the primary separation of natural gas and coalbed methane. It is mainly used to remove solid impurities and dust particles carried in the conveying gas medium to ensure the normal operation of natural gas pipelines and equipment.
Working principle: The gas entrained with solid particles enters the cyclone through the tangential inlet of the upper part of the cyclone, so that it rotates along the wall of the cyclone at the bottom of the diverter, and when it reaches the bottom, it turns to become the upper cyclone flow in the inner layer, and flows from the cyclone separator. exhaust port. Due to the action of centrifugal force, the dust particles entrained in the air flow gradually tend to the lower chamber of the cyclone separator during the rotation of the air flow, and move downward with their own weight, and are discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the cyclone; the gas without solid particles If the centrifugal force is small, it will flow out from the outlet at the top of the cyclone.

installation and connection
Cyclone separators are installed horizontally and vertically. When installed horizontally, the levelness of the main axis of the equipment is less than 5/1000, and when installed vertically, the non-vertical degree of the main axis of the equipment is less than 3/1000.
The equipment is connected by flange and equipped with vent valve, safety valve, pressure gauge and drain valve.
Application:
Primary separation of natural gas and coalbed methane;
removal of desiccant particles downstream of the drying bed;
Remove catalyst powder from the bottom of the catalyst bed;
For metering and pressure regulating stations;
For urban gas distribution systems.
