Heavy oil burner is a burner with heavy oil as the main fuel, also known as waste oil burner. It is a combustion device specially designed for heavy oil with high viscosity and poor atomization performance to improve the combustion performance of heavy oil. , diesel tank, oil filter, heavy oil supply pump, heat exchanger, light and heavy oil switching valve, fuel pump, pressure regulating valve, burner and its pipeline.
Heavy oil is a by-product of crude oil refining. It is generally prepared from cracked heavy oil, vacuum heavy oil, atmospheric pressure heavy oil or wax oil in different proportions. Common heavy oil burners of different fuels include residual oil burners, waste oil burners, heavy diesel burners, tar burners, asphalt oil burners, olivine oil burners, etc. The calorific value of the heavy oil burner is an important economic indicator of fuel oil, which is directly related to the fuel consumption of the asphalt plant. The higher the calorific value, the better. Usually the low calorific value of oil is 38.5-44MJ/kg.
