Installation Precautions:
The controller unit and other cables must be installed separately from the high voltage ignition cables.
Don’t confuse phase and neutral.
Install switches, fuses, grounding, etc. in accordance with local regulations.
It must be confirmed that the maximum current allowed by the terminals is not exceeded.
Do not connect mains power to the burner controller’s output terminals.
Use an omnipolar switch to isolate the burner control from the mains with a minimum 3mm contact gap.
Secure the ground bushing under the chassis with metric screws and loose washers.
In the absence of a fan, an AGK25 must be connected to terminal 3 of the controller, otherwise the burner will not start reliably.
For safety, connect the neutral wire to terminal 2 on the bottom of the neutral distributor or plug-in block. The combustion components (fan, ignition transformer, and gas valve) are listed in Figure 7435a14 and must be connected to the neutral conductor as shown below.
The connection between neutral and terminal 2 is pre-wired on the bottom of the control unit.
Debug instructions:
Please make sure the wiring is connected correctly before debugging. When commissioning equipment or maintenance work, please carry out the following safety checks: 1. Expected reactions.
2. Lock at the end. Lock for 40 seconds.
3. Lock. Locked after TSA.
