Application
1.This device is used to suppress the dust particles carried in the gas,to protect the equipment (gas appliances, calculators, regulators), andto reduce the risk of sudden blockage.
2.The gas filter includes a filter box made of man-made fiber material,which can be completely extracted for overall inspection and thoroughcleaning.
3.The device is designed with special O-ring, easy to use and resistantto three kinds of domestic gases。
Installation
1. Please close the gas supply valve before installation. Check the pipepressure to ensure that the maximum pressure specified on the productlabel is not exceeded;
2. The gas filter is usually installed upstream with regulating andswitch-ing devices. The arrow on the installed filter (3) must point in the direction of the device being used;
3. The filter shall be installed at any place that will not interfere with the normal operation of the equipment. During the installation, pleasetake care to avoid debris or metal waste entering the filter
4. If the filter adopts threaded connection, please check and ensure that the pipe thread is not too long; if the thread is too long, the filter body will be damaged during installation. The connection of pipes and fittings must conform to the connection thread of the filter.
5. If the filter adopts flange continuous blow, please check that the butt flanges at the inlet and outlet match each other to avoid unnecessary mechanical pressure on the filter body. The system must be air tight after installation.
Maintenance
In each case , make sure to do the following before performing any intermediate checks.
1. Disconnect the power supply from the devic
2. No pressurized gas in the filter. Remove the top cover (1), unscrew the set screw (5), wash with soap and water, blow with compressed air (or a suitable substitute), and put it back in place, check that it is in the guide groove (4), Then check that the top cover (1) can be installed.
