The heavy oil burner is a machine that burns heavy oil.The heavy oil burning equipment can be used in boilers,dryers,and asphalt mixing plants.The working principle of the heavy oil burner is that the oil enters the burner in two ways,which are swirl oil and axial flow oil,similar to the inside and outside wind of the burner.Swirl oil is distributed in a circular shape on the outside;axial flow oil is a straight cylindrical jet in the middle.When it reaches the head of the spray gun,it converges into a road and enters the kiln through the nozzle hole of the atomization plate.The atomization plate is divided into a variety of specifications according to the size of the nozzle hole.Heavy oil burners are generally more common on boilers.
It consists of an oil nozzle and an air regulator.The oil nozzle is arranged on the axis of the air regulator,atomizes the oil into fine droplets,sprays it into the combustion chamber at a certain diffusion angle(also called the atomization angle),mixes with the air sent by the air regulator,and ignites.There are two main types of oil nozzles for heavy oil burners:pressure atomization and two-fluid atomization.The pressure atomized oil nozzle is composed of a splitter sheet,a swirling sheet and an atomizing sheet.The oil pressure is generally 2~3 MPa.The oil produces high-speed rotating motion in the swirl plate,and sprays out through the center hole.Heavy oil burner manufacturers provide complete technical guidance and installation manuals,and there is no worry about after-sales.
